This Refund Policy explains how refunds may work for WardPixel services, future premium prompt plans, downloadable prompt packs and digital products.
2. Digital Products
Because digital products such as prompt packs, downloadable files, templates or premium content can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds may not be available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Premium Plans
When premium monthly plans are added, users may cancel future renewals according to the subscription settings. Refunds for already-used subscription periods may not be guaranteed unless required by applicable law or approved by WardPixel.
4. Service-Based Work
For services such as image recreation, AI content creation, video editing, digital marketing creatives or custom prompt engineering, refund eligibility depends on project scope, work progress and delivery stage.
5. Before Work Starts
If a service order is cancelled before any work has started, a full or partial refund may be considered depending on payment processing fees and project agreement.
6. After Work Starts
Once work has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable because time, creative planning, prompt writing, editing and production effort may already have been used.
7. Completed Work
After final delivery of a service, refunds are generally not available. However, reasonable revisions may be provided if they are included in the agreed project scope.
8. Payment Gateway Fees
Any payment gateway charges, transfer fees, bank fees or third-party processing fees may be deducted from refundable amounts where applicable.
